§ 04

Things people ask before signing up.

Plain answers, no fluff
Are you a registered migration agent?
No. PR Insight is a data analytics tool. We are not registered with OMARA. For advice on your specific application, speak with a registered migration agent. Official register: portal.mara.gov.au.
Can you tell me which visa I should apply for?
No. We show which subclasses your inputs meet the published thresholds for, what the historical invitation rounds have looked like, and what processing times and fees are. The decision — and the advice that informs it — is for you and a registered migration agent.
How is this different from the government’s free points calculator?
DOHA’s calculator gives you a score. PR Insight adds the data that score actually means anything against: historical invitation rounds, your peer cohort, processing times, fees — all applied to your profile in one place.
What’s the “peers cohort filter”?
A live filter that narrows the EOI pool to people in your situation — same occupation, same English level, same state, same partner status. The screen tells you how many sit in that exact cohort, and how many of them score above you. No competitor publishes this.
Where does your data come from?
Department of Home Affairs (SkillSelect rounds, points table, processing times, fees), OMARA, each state nomination program (all 8 states & territories), and the relevant skills-assessing authorities (ACS, Engineers Australia, VETASSESS). Every figure cites its source.
What does “founding member” actually get me?
First 100 emails on the list lock in A$5/month for life instead of A$9/month standard. Never increased while you stay active. After 100, the founding price closes — later signups go on the standard list and get notified at launch at the standard price.
What if I don’t want the founding tier — can I just be notified at launch?
Yes. The same email form puts you on either the founding tier (if under 100) or the regular launch list (if 100 are claimed). Either way you’ll be emailed when we open, with no obligation to subscribe.
Am I committing to anything by entering my email?
No. No payment, no card, no auto-charge. You’re reserving a spot. If you decide not to subscribe at launch, you ignore the launch email. We never sell or share your email.
What if the rules change after I subscribe?
Visa rules in Australia change frequently. The whole point of the subscription is exactly this: when a rule changes that affects subclasses you track, you get an email. Data is timestamped on every screen.
Why does the disclaimer appear so many times?
Because the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) is clear about what counts as “immigration assistance.” We want to be absolutely sure nothing on this site can be read as offering it. We’re a data analytics tool. Repeating it protects you and us. Both of us win.

The data exists. We assemble it.

Three months of users on a static prototype kept asking when it was updated. PR Insight is the answer. Launching soon. First 100 emails on the list pay A$5/month locked for life — if and when they decide to subscribe.
